We map your client journey, then set up your whole back end in GoHighLevel, your CRM, pipelines, automations and follow-up, around how you actually work.

You give feedback, I handle the rest, and you walk away with one system that runs your business so you can step away without anything slipping.

Week ONE

Start with strategy

A 90-minute strategy call where we map out your client journey, for each of your services, your workflow and automation plan, your project structure and your business structure. I'll show you where things can run smoother for you and your clients, and exactly what we can automate in GoHighLevel, so you decide what runs hands-free and what keeps a personal touch.

Week two to three

I build your system

I set up your back end so it actually fits how you want to work, whether you're starting fresh or cleaning up what you've got. We'll clean up and set up your CRM, automation and optimization, connecting your tools, inside GoHighLevel. The platforms I work with most are GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google, Microsoft, Notion, and Claude.

Week FOUR to five

I bring your client journey to life

I create whatever it takes to bring your client journey to life. If your system needs it, I build it. This includes your contacts, cleaned up, deduplicated, segmented and tagged, with custom fields so everything lives in one place, pipelines that match your funnel, track your conversations and automate your onboarding and offboarding, canned email templates, written for you, custom form templates in your CRM, funnel pages, a membership portal or community space, client lead magnets like surveys, quizzes, and guides. Your only job through all of this is to fill out one onboarding form and give feedback along the way. The building is on me.

Week six

You're supported the whole way

You'll never feel out of the loop with clear communication and check-ins every two weeks during the build, two rounds of edits on every piece, with your sign-off before we move on. Walkthroughs and demos for every tool, so you can run it confidently on your own. A test-drive before launch, where I act as your client and give you ongoing support afterward to answer questions and fine-tuning your systems.
