Welcome to Echoroot Growth Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. 1. Services

Echoroot Growth Consulting provides strategic marketing consulting and automation implementation to community-based organizations and environmental businesses. Services include but are not limited to: Marketing strategy development, Lead journey audits, CRM implementation and automation, Funnel design and email marketing, Ongoing consulting and support. All services are defined in a separate proposal or agreement before project initiation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: Share necessary business information and branding assets in a timely manner, participate in scheduled strategy and support meetings, provide feedback and approvals as needed to meet project milestones. Delays in communication or input may impact deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing is determined with the client and are agreed upon with a signed contract. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Invoices are payable by bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. Late or missed payments may result in project pauses or administrative fees.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

A 15-day written notice is required for early cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed work or unused service time. Software access will be terminated upon cancellation of services or non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all strategy documents, marketing assets, and custom-built automations created during their engagement, once all fees are paid in full. The Echo AI CRM platform is offered under a licensing model and remains the property of Echoroot Growth Consulting and its software provider.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, including marketing data, customer insights, and login credentials, is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose information to third parties unless required by law or expressly permitted by you in writing.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

While we provide strategic guidance and best practices, Echoroot Growth Consulting does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Marketing performance depends on various external and internal factors. To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
