Fit check call. If your application looks like a match, we'll hop on a call to talk through your vision, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right partners for this. (The deep dive into your actual systems comes once you're in.)
Answer some questions. Once we're booked, you'll fill out an in-depth questionnaire so I can step fully into your world: your brand, your offers, and the life you want this to fit around.
Strategy first. Before we build a single thing, we map the whole ecosystem together. (We don't build backwards here.)
The build, in stages. I handle the heavy lifting, your brand, website, offers, marketing and the systems underneath, in a deliberate order so it never feels like chaos. Your business keeps running the whole time.
Check-ins every two weeks. We meet every couple of weeks to review progress, make decisions and keep moving, so you always know where we stand.
Training as we go. I don't save it all for a scary handoff. You learn how your system works as we build it, so by the end it already feels like yours.
The handoff of your ecosystem. A full walkthrough and your recordings, so you can run, tweak and grow it all confidently long after the project ends. You get continued support for 6 months after the project is complete.
Because this is a months-long, full build, I only take four Ecosystem clients a year.

What do I need to do to get started?

Does this work if I'm starting from scratch?
Yes, it can. If you are beginning fresh but you have a clear idea of who you want to work with, how you want to work, what offers you want to create, we can design the whole ecosystem as one, so you skip the years of cobbling together different tools and rebuilding. Please note if you are starting from scratch in your application.
What platform do you build systems on?
Typically, everything I build lives in GoHighLevel, my favourite all-in-one platform for CRM, automation and marketing. You'll set up your account through me, and as a GoHighLevel affiliate, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You own the account outright, so it's yours to keep no matter what.
What happens after the four to six months?
We'll walk you through our 3-part offboarding process which includes a SOP library, a 90-minute tool training call and then 3-4 weeks later, a follow up 30-minute offboarding check in call to make sure nothing has changed. By the end, you're handed a complete, working business you understand and can run with confidence. If you'd like ongoing support after, we can talk about that, but you'll never be left hanging.
This feels like a lot. Can I start smaller?
Absolutely. The Groundwork builds your one most important system, and the Greenhouse teaches you to build it yourself. A lot of people start there when the full Ecosystem feels like too much at once.
That said, if you already know you're headed for the whole transformation, doing it as one project usually saves you money and headaches down the line. Piecing it together through several smaller projects, often with different consultants, tends to cost more in the end than the Ecosystem does, and you have to explain your business from scratch every single time. Here, you explain it once, to one person, and everything gets built together. Simpler, more streamlined and it's a whole lot faster.
