What do I need to do to get started?

Book the intro call and complete payment of the 50% deposit. Then you'll receive the onboarding questionnaire, and if you'd like, send the feedback form to a few people you serve. During our intro call, we'll book the deep dive and final delivery meetings.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

There is the 20 minute intro call, the 90 minute deep dive session, typically 1-3 hours for the onboarding questionnaire, and a 60 minute review session, so about 5-6 hours total. Typically the process takes about 4-6 days, so one week, but depending on your schedule, I am happy to extend it to two.

The schedule could look something like:

Thursday - Deep Dive Morning Session

Friday - Afternoon Delivery Meeting

It might feel like a lot, but I promise I do all the heavy lifting for you. You don't need to prep for the meetings, you just show up and talk with me.

Is the Map fee included in the Groundwork or Ecosystem?

It's a separate investment, but if you move forward, your Map payment is applied as a deposit to lock in your start date.

What platform do you build systems on?

Typically, everything I build lives in GoHighLevel, my favourite all-in-one platform for CRM, automation and marketing. You'll set up your account through me, and as a GoHighLevel affiliate, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You own the account outright, so it's yours to keep no matter what.

Do you only work with nonprofits?

No. I work with all kinds of businesses and industries. I've helped charities, community-led businesses, coaches, course creators, consultants and mission-driven founders of all kinds.
