A contact spreadsheet here. A newsletter sign-up form you set up once and didn't embed. A CRM you started and abandoned by week two. A website you've been tweaking every other week. A Skool group you created, but haven't logged in since.
That's how nearly every new entrepreneur begins, by doing what you can with what you have.
But over time, those "good enough" processes quietly start taking up more time than you'd like to admit.
Your website says you're the expert but your behind-the-scenes systems feel like they belong to someone who's just starting out.
To be clear, that's not a sign you've done anything wrong...
It's a sign that it's the perfect time for a...
Successful businesses don't spring up overnight. Like a forest, it grows from a root system nobody sees, the quiet foundation that lets everything above it thrive.
This is a one-week deep dive into how you run everything behind the scenes and an honest read on how it probably feels to your clients and community. I'll audit your brand, growth strategy, and delivery systems, then consider what you (and your team) needs to make it actually work for you long term. Then I hand you a clear breakdown of what’s working, what’s not, and the pathway from where you are to where you want to be.
Investment: $900 CAD

But first, a quick sidebar
It's not just your CRM or which tool you use. It's every place someone touches your organization, (whether that's a donor, a member, a participant, a new hire) and all the quiet infrastructure behind the scenes that lets you deliver what you promised.
Yes, I'll look at your website, your emails, your onboarding and offboarding process, and your full marketing funnel and follow-up.
But I'll also dig into the part no one sees: the workflows, the data, the media storage (eeek!), the handoffs, the stuff that falls apart the moment you're out sick or stretched thin.
Because when your messaging is fuzzy, your tools don't talk to each other, and delivery depends on you remembering every step, things start slipping.
For you, and for the people you serve.
And to be crystal clear, like tropical waters...

The short answer? Yes. And here's why...
I have a bachelor's degree in Communications.
I've personally designed, launched and managed 3 of my own successful businesses. Echoroot is my fourth. It's my greatest IMO so I closed down two of them so I could have more time to focus on my clients and the work I love doing.
I spent the last 10 years managing marketing and operations, inside nonprofits & businesses. I've worn every hat you can imagine, so I know exactly what to look for.
I've designed new brands, built websites, become a pro Canva user, managed projects, set up dozens of funnels and automations, and learned plenty more skills from my experiences along the way.
I've personally audited 350+ marketing campaigns and spent three years as an advisor to top marketing and communications VPs at large utility companies across Canada and the U.S.
I've helped one nonprofit double their donations from a single email marketing campaign and helped to deliver $22M in funding to municipalities through environmental programs.
My clients get around 20 hours a week handed back to them. Time they can use as they like, spending more time with their family or serving their community.
Book your quick intro call. Every custom project with us starts with a short 20 minute intro call to get to know you and what your goals are. If you already know you'd like me to build it out for you afterward, we can talk about that from the start, and your audit fee holds your spot.
Answer some questions. Once we're booked, we'll send an onboarding questionnaire so we can step properly into your world.
The deep dive call. We meet and dig into your marketing, systems and operations, and find what's really going on under the surface.
Your audit + growth plan, delivered. We meet once more to talk about my findings. Plus, you'll get the recorded walkthrough and clear next steps.
Then you choose your path forward:
Hand it to me
If you don't have the time, we'll talk about how can hand it to me.
Build it yourself
The Map is detailed enough to follow on your own, step by step.
Your time and money go to what'll actually help. No more "I have so many ideas and I don't know where to start" or "maybe we need a new website?" shame spirals. You'll know precisely where to focus your energy and feel confident moving forward.
You stop being the bottleneck. The plan doesn't live in your head anymore. It's written down, shareable and actually doable.
You can grow without bracing for burnout. Saying yes to more work stops meaning "and now I panic about how to handle it."
The people you serve feel the difference. Smoother, warmer, more consistent, whether or not you were on vacation or at your desk.

And when you've seen the map and you...
With your audit, I'll include a proposal with right-size pricing for the Groundwork, a done-for-you build of your whole backend CRM system, shaped around how you actually work. When you book your audit, you can also reserve a Groundwork start date. It holds your spot without locking you in. If the timing or the fit isn't right when I send the proposal, no worries at all.

Book the intro call and complete payment of the 50% deposit. Then you'll receive the onboarding questionnaire, and if you'd like, send the feedback form to a few people you serve. During our intro call, we'll book the deep dive and final delivery meetings.
There is the 20 minute intro call, the 90 minute deep dive session, typically 1-3 hours for the onboarding questionnaire, and a 60 minute review session, so about 5-6 hours total. Typically the process takes about 4-6 days, so one week, but depending on your schedule, I am happy to extend it to two.
The schedule could look something like:
Tuesday - Intro call + Questionnaire
Thursday - Deep Dive Morning Session
Friday - Afternoon Delivery Meeting
It might feel like a lot, but I promise I do all the heavy lifting for you. You don't need to prep for the meetings, you just show up and talk with me.
The questionnaire walks you through it, and in our deep dive session, you can share anything else that's easier to just show me.
Let's do it. You can book the Map on its own, or use it as a deposit to secure a spot for the Groundwork or Ecosystem.
It's a separate investment, but if you move forward, your Map payment is applied as a deposit to lock in your start date.
Typically, everything I build lives in GoHighLevel, my favourite all-in-one platform for CRM, automation and marketing. You'll set up your account through me, and as a GoHighLevel affiliate, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You own the account outright, so it's yours to keep no matter what.
No. I work with all kinds of businesses and industries. I've helped charities, community-led businesses, coaches, course creators, consultants and mission-driven founders of all kinds. The common thread is the mission and the desire to help people or the planet (or if I'm lucky, both!) not the legal structure.
