Couldn't I just figure this out myself with YouTube videos, or hire someone cheap on Fiverr?

What do I need to do to get started?

Honestly, not much. A business that's already making money, a rough idea of your offers, and a willingness to show up and build. You don't need anything set up beforehand, that's the whole point of what we do together. I only take on 10 people in a cohort at a time, so I want to make sure this is the right fit for you. Book a free mini systems audit call and we'll talk through what you're doing now versus where you want to be. Even if this program isn't the right fit, you'll walk away from the knowing the one core thing that could be saving you 10 hours a week.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

Plan for at least 4-5 hours a week: the live session plus your own build time. The whole point is to spend a bit more time now to save you far more after the program.

Do I need to have my offers, funnel and pricing figured out first?

We actually start by getting clear on your offers and how you deliver them, because that's the step everyone skips (and it's why their tools never fit). If you've got a rough idea, we'll sharpen it together before you build a thing.

What if I want you to build it afterward?

Let's do it. You can take the Greenhouse on its own, or use it as a deposit to secure a spot for the Groundwork or Ecosystem.

Can I use the Greenhouse fee towards the Groundwork or Ecosystem?

How big is the group? Will I actually get help with my own setup?

The cohort is capped at 10 people so I can give real feedback on your actual build, not generic advice from the sidelines. You won't be lost in a crowd of hundreds.

I'm not techy. Can I do this?

Yes. This is built for people who get overwhelmed by tech. I walk through everything, go step by step, live, answering your questions, and everything's recorded. I have a knack for explaining confusing stuff in simple terms.

What platform do you build systems on?

Typically, everything I build lives in GoHighLevel, my favourite all-in-one platform for CRM, automation and marketing. You'll set up your account through me, and as a GoHighLevel affiliate, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You own the account outright, so it's yours to keep no matter what.

Do I need to have GoHighLevel already?

No. You'll set up your account as part of the first week in the program. As more cohort round happen, you can jump on the live calls again at any time. If you'd ever rather hand the bigger build stuff off, the Groundwork is there, but most people walk away fully equipped to keep going on their own.
