Get the skills to grow your own movement.

The Movement Makers is a 6-week group program where mission-driven leaders build their foundation together.

They say one person can change the world. But who helps that person build the movement?
Hey, I'm Hailey.
The world is a hard place to be right now. You've read the news. You know what I mean. There are many problems we're facing as a society, like climate change, inequity, affordability, reconciliation, loneliness, and the list goes on.
I don't have the answers to all the problems we're facing. But I have hope.
I have hope because of the people who are trying their best to make the world a little better for everyone. They are what inspired me to start Echoroot.
I started Echoroot because I thought if I can help even some of those people trying to change the world, then I believe we won't just be hoping for a better future, we'll actually make it real.
In my career, after 10 years of working with those kinds of people, I saw the same pattern emerge.
Passionate people with big ideas and meaningful missions, working tirelessly with manual, scrappy systems that actually limit how far they can grow.
So I'm not like other marketing or operations consultants. I don't do my work piecemeal.
