Your initial commitment is 6 months of active strategy and implementation. However, we can customize your plan to get all this done is 3 months. Either way, you'll start seeing results in the first 30 days as we complete your audit and begin building out your systems.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

That's exactly why we handle the implementation for you. You don't need to be technical, we build everything while you focus on your core work. You will need to learn how to use the systems we build (which is why we provide complete training and documentation), but you don't need to understand how to build them yourself.

Will this work if I already have some software or tools in place?

Yes! Part of our audit process is assessing what you currently have (what's working, what's not, and what gaps exist). I'll research and recommend what can be optimized, what should be replaced, and what additional tools you need to complete your integrated system. The fee covers all audit, strategy, research, implementation, training, and ongoing support. Software subscription costs are paid separately and may vary based on your specific needs. I'll provide a complete cost breakdown during discovery before we begin implementation, so there are no surprises. What is your refund policy?
